Complete the following form to reserve wildlife education trunks from the Salt Lake DWR office.
We will notify you when your reservation is complete. You must pick up and return trunks on the first and last day of the reservation by 4:30 pm. We no longer offer delivery and return of education trunks, so please plan accordingly.
